Web Builder - A program to create Web pages, which automatically creates the HTML code (HyperText Markup Language), while you simply place objects.
Ie knowledge of HTML, you absolutely do not need. Just drag and drop objects to any location page. You can import a finished page, and to maintain its finish. After that will only upload the resulting files to the server (using the integrated tool 'Publishing').
